My friend had been looking for a trustworthy San Jose upholstery shop to replace the ceiling headliner on a Honda Accord, and after seeing the finished result, I felt like I had to leave a review too because Junior and his family truly deserve the recognition. From the beginning, Junior was incredibly kind, responsive, and professional. He kept my husband updated throughout the entire process, from the initial quote to the completion of the job, and always made us feel like the car was in good hands. He gave us a timeline, stayed true to it, and even opened the shop on Sunday just so he could finish the car on time. That level of commitment is something you rarely see anymore. Another thing that stood out was how welcoming they were. His dad took the time to walk back and forth from the showroom with different material samples so we could compare options without feeling rushed. They never tried to sell us anything extra or push additional services. They simply wanted to make sure we were happy with the material we chose. If you’re looking for a San Jose upholstery shop, stop searching and come here. I don’t usually leave long reviews, but Junior and his family absolutely earned this one. I had my Honda Accord in for a complete ceiling headliner replacement, and from the very first phone call, Junior was professional, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. He kept me updated from the initial quote, to drop-off, to progress during the repair, so I always knew exactly where things stood. He gave me a realistic timeline, stuck to it, and delivered exactly when he said he would. What impressed me even more was the customer service. His dad actually walked back and forth from the showroom to where I had parked just so I could see all the different headliner material samples without any inconvenience. At no point did they try to upsell me or pressure me into additional work—they simply helped me choose what I came in for and answered every question honestly. The biggest surprise? Great work! Friendly owner. Appreciate everything about this place. Highly recommend you take your car to this shop for any of your upholstery needs. He fixed/ changed my drivers seat material and it looks brand new.

Brought my old dirt bike seat in with new guts foam and a matching new guts custom seat cover. What I got back was a loose asymmetrical wrinkled mess. I told them it looked bad when I picked it up, but they said bring it back if I'm not happy with it. Why bother. You got your 100 bucks and I now have to find another shop to fix my seat.

Terrible workmanship and terribly run business. I was told they'd have my motorcycle seat done in a week and to pick it up on Friday. Luckily I called before I went in since they weren't ready. They asked if I could pick it up Saturday and I said sure. I gave them until Monday. Drove down only to find that they didn't touch the seat. They said to come the next morning so I did. There were wrinkles all over, I said this looks terrible and I could have done this myself. They tried to makes excuses in that the material isn't very good and doesn't stretch, I said there are plenty of examples online where the covering looks fine and I sent you guys the installation video, did you look at it? I was told to come back in the morning. I came back around 12:30, seat wasn't done, but it was almost done. I found a staple almost poking though the seat, they just removed it. There were still wrinkles where the strap went, which I told them I did not want the strap on it. They made an excuse it's wrinkled because that is where the strap goes. I said fine. I went home and removed the wrinkles with my staple gun... The only reason I paid an upholsterer to do the work was because I didn't want to bu
